PetTravelRules.com is operated by Galina Osina, autónoma, registered in Madrid, Spain. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Nature of the service
PetTravelRules.com provides two services. First, a free reference database of airline pet travel policies and international pet import requirements, compiled from publicly available sources. Second, a Personal Pet Travel Plan, a paid document prepared on the basis of information provided by the user, delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase and reviewed by a person before sending.
The reference database is provided for informational purposes only. The Personal Pet Travel Plan is a reference document and does not constitute professional, veterinary, or legal advice.
3. Payments
Personal Pet Travel Plans are sold at a fixed price of $24 USD. Payment is processed by Gumroad Inc., a third-party payment processor. EU VAT is collected and remitted automatically by Gumroad where applicable. PetTravelRules.com does not store payment card data.
4. Refund policy
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not offered once a Personal Pet Travel Plan has been sent to the email address provided at purchase. If you have not received your plan within 24 hours of purchase, contact info@pettravelrules.com.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this platform for personal, non-commercial reference purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from this platform without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All content on PetTravelRules.com, including database structure, article text, and plan templates, is the property of Galina Osina. Publicly sourced regulatory data remains the property of the respective authorities.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
8. Modifications
PetTravelRules.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
